Founder, Cogni Stride
As Founder of Cogni Stride, Sonia started The Stride Label as a retail initiative with a clear purpose: to move towards more sustainable fashion. She saw beautiful accessories bought for one occasion and forgotten by the next, and believed women deserved pieces worth keeping.
For Sonia, a more sustainable wardrobe begins with choosing well: pieces chosen with care, styled again and again, and loved for years rather than a single season. Her ambition is to build a brand that goes beyond merchandise, creating a connection between personal style and how women feel as they move through the world.

Himani brings her background in styling and an eye for colour, form and texture. Currently pursuing advanced studies in Fashion Design in Dubai, she draws inspiration from the city’s diverse cultures and vibrant fashion landscape. Her perspective helps shape an edit that balances distinctive details with everyday wearability.
